Steps to reproduce

While Slovenian doesn't use ć in words, this letter is common in surnames. For QuickAccent to be fully complete for Slovenian, this letter is required.

How to reproduce: Set QuickAccent to Slovenian and press C + Space on the keyboard.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Both č and ć should show up in the list. In this order, since č is more common.

❌ Actual Behavior

Only č is displayed.
