Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like to remap keys to IME ON/OFF.
I think that this could be accomplished by adding VK_IME_ON, VK_IME_OFF.

Scenario when this would be used?

Turn IME on when inputting Japanese, and turn IME off when inputting English.
