Description of the new feature / enhancement

This applies to Peek and Preview Pane.

Monaco has the option for rendering a minimap, but it is hardcode disabled in PT.

IMO the minimap is a useful feature and I hope there was an option for enabling it. I suggest it should be an option in the settings, but also toggleable from the editor by right-clicking (similar to wrapping).
