FancyZones does not work with Thinkorswim windows

Steps to reproduce

click and drag a thinkorswim window while pressing shift.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I expect a blue outline zone that I can attach the window to but nothing happens. other apps eg firefox, chrome, edge, windows explorer work properly.

❌ Actual Behavior

no blue outline appears. no ability to attach to a zone.
