Description of the new feature / enhancement

When building Peek and working on the GUI, there's no window being shown because there is no file. This means testing any change is extremely cumbersome. Would love to see the window while debugging.

Current method:

• make sure the build version of PowerToys isn't running
• run project or build PowerToys
• start (local) PowerToys
• open the fly out to enable Peek
• open Explorer
• Ctrl+Space on images
• see something isn't as it should
• close PowerToys
• start over
