Steps to reproduce

I using Japanese.
But, not localized after update for v0.49.0.
Restart my PC, but nothing happened.

1. Download and Install v0.47.1
2. Click Update button
3. Check general settings

✔️ Expected Behavior

General setting is localized in Japanese

❌ Actual Behavior

General setting is not localized in Japanese

Easy to reproduce this.

Hmm... I cannot find the cause too. Looking around for a few hours but no result :(
I can not find the possible cause in recent commits.

afaik if so, that should only affect the new strings. A while ago there was an issue with some (approx half) of strings being localised and the others weren't. That was mostly because the "references" (like x:uid="") were altered and not even the content. Still, thiss apparently affects all strings (at least for Settings + Welcome) for all languages. That's huge.
