Steps to reproduce

Invoke run and then enter a hostname:port, for example: microsoft.com:443 (in my use case I have several selfhosted services on my local network with custom port numbers, such as: nebula.home.arpa:8080)

✔️ Expected Behavior

After typing "hostname:port" it would invoke the default web browser with a URL of "http://hostname:port"

❌ Actual Behavior

Instead it creates a weird URL, 'https://0.0...."

This should be fixed with #13606 merged. Please wait for the next release (v0.49) and this should be fixed.
