value label doesn't get the data format options

I've been following this tutorial : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/visuals/develop-circle-card

I'm using ApiVersion 5.3.0

It's using getFormattingModel() instead of the older enumerateObjectInstances.

The value label isn't updated when I change format options in the general format card.
