[Feature]: Get Security validation to start reducing restrictions to allow others to contribute their own providers, modules and other extensions

Currently extensions like providers and auth are restricted to fixed set of list for release builds.
Similarly we have restrictions on allowed dotnet namespaces to a fixed list for release builds.
Need to ensure a mechanism to permit external contributions with dotnetnamespace, powerfxnamespace and origin verification validation for release
