I recently accidentally double-clicked a
.Rdfile inR-package/man/on my Mac. This opened the R GUI (R.app), which leaves behind a file.Rapp.history.This doesn't match any existing rules in
.gitignoreor.Rbuildignoreright now. This PR proposes adding such files to those ignore lists.
