In preparation for publishing Agent templates to this repo we are consolidating the root directories. Also cleaned up hard coded repo URLs in 12 readme.md files.
Updated image file extension from .png to .PNG because inline image rendering was broken with the case mis-match.

In preparation for publishing Agent templates to this repo we are consolidating the root directories.
Also cleaned up hard coded repo URLs in 12 readme.md files that would have broken with the reorganization of directories.
For now, moved existing \Commerce folder to a peer of \Finance and \SCM under \ERP. This can be changed later if justified.
