[OMM] Ensure OMM tests conform to spec

The OMM Feature is implementation-complete, so steps need to be taken to ensure that all tests mentioned in the spec actually exist and are implemented.

Tests need to be added to provide full coverage to the OMM feature as specified in the OMM spec.

Polishing existing tests would also be useful.
