Allow turning off "friendly" P/Invoke overloads #1116

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In System.Drawing.Common there are hundreds of GDI+ APIs. For size, we'd prefer to just call the simple PInvokes.

Allow turning off friendly overloads that pin strings, etc.
