[Work Item] Add pester testing for AMSI Request Body Scanning

**Describe the work**
There was an issue with AMSI Request Body Scanning that was reported and fixed within PR #2490. We didn't add in Pester testing for that, but wanted to add it later on. Making a work item for this.
