Describe the bug

(Need investigate) When the end-user sent a message, Narrator did not narrate anything.

It should narrate "User said" (minimum), or better "Message is sent" (better).

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on Narrator
2. Type and send "Hello" to the bot

Expected behavior

Narrator should say, minimally, "User said: Hello."
