  1. a11y: Improve Copy content for trnaslation modal 

    Thie includes the following changes:
- Link search input with label
- Add announcement for search results
- Add announcement for checked languages
- Arrange checkboxes into the list for better sr experience
- Add a workaround for narrator to read announcements under some circumstances
