Describe the bug

We have created multi-language bot with 18 languages. When we load this bot in composer tool, it is not loading and not responding properly. Even if the Bot is loaded in Composer and it is too slow to respond.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create sample bot and add more than 10 languages
2. Try to navigate between the dialogs in composer tool
3. See slowness in the bot

Expected behavior

Bot should respond in proper time and able to make the changes in dialogs.
