"Refer to syntax documentation here" validation link points to 404

Describe the bug

When the monaco editor detects invalid expression input in the LG editor it displays a link to refer to the expression language syntax docs, but the link points to a 404.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Bot Responses
2. Enable Edit Mode
3. Type invalid expression syntax into the editor to reveal the red validation error.
4. Click the "Refer to syntax documentation here" link
