Bug Description

After signing in I can't do anything. All my subscriptions show in the tree and under each one it says "Could not access resources for this tenant. You may need to reauthenticate"

I am sub co-administrator, entra administrator so we can rule out an actual real permissions problem. Also this was working last week. Works on my home pc.

@worldspawn We've notcied there have been a number of sign in issues lately, and we're investigating. Are you encountering similar issues as in #8854?

You might also try Help > Reset and resetting authentication data then signing in again. If that doesn't work, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling Storage Explorer as well.

If nothing works, please share your authentication logs so we can look further (see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/azure/azure-storage/blobs/alerts/storage-explorer-troubleshooting?tabs=Windows#authentication-logs).

@craxal I am also facing a whole different issue when trying to sign in into account. Can you let me know if I should create another for it in here or how can I solve it? I am getting following message when trying to sign in in the Azure Storage Explorer:

AADSTS500200: User account 'reeti.m**@***.com' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

I think this means to say that I can't sign in because I am using my personal account, but the issue is that my storage is linked to personal section of my account as my official work account was created later on during Skype to Teams transition. Also I think it might've something to do with another company's work account in which I am guest using my personal account (as the storage officially belongs to them, I was added as owner after they set it up). Can you help me figure out how to make this working again?

@worldspawn @ReetiMauryaCrest Are you signing in using a personal MSA account? Have your MSA accounts been added as guests to the tenant owning the resources you're trying to access? Are you able to access those resources from the Azure Portal with the same account?
