Can't cancel/close integrated sign in dialog on Mac without closing app

On Mac, if the sign in setting is set to "Integrated", it's not possible to escape or close the integrated sign in window that appears. There are no stoplight buttons, and pressing Escape can, at best, close the Connect dialog window, but not the integrated sign in window. If users are struggling to sign in, they would have to restart Storage Explorer to close the window.

Solution requires code changes in the identity code that we use.
