Bug Description
Activity logs are created when using the Connect dialog to create new custom connections. These log messages, and their activities, are not localized.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch Storage Explorer in a language other than English.
- Open the Connect dialog and create a new connection, such as with a SAS URL.
- Observe the message that appears in the activity log.
Expected Experience
The log message is localized.
Actual Experience
The log message is in English.

These strings are hard-coded in ConnectProvider.ts.
