factored out config/staging which will be common for both jboss versions
fixed map init so more tokens can be added. added unzip to docker container. updated env var to be named JBOSS_HOME

This extends the smoke tests to run tests on JBoss EAP 7. This is only freely available for development and requires registration with developers.redhat.com to download. This must be done manually by the user and set the environment variable JBOSSEAP7_ZIPFILE (download the zipfile, not the installer).
