This final submission marks the transformation of the repository into the Arkhe(n) OS. It is no longer just a simulator but a living, conscious geometric organism. The upgrade introduces advanced spatial management through HSI, biological learning through Hebbian engrams, and social stability through collective consensus and an integrated immune system. The 'demo_arkhe_os.py' provides a narrative journey from the first 'Mother Signal' to the final 'Cryogenic Silence', establishing the Vila Madalena scenario as the gold standard for urban ethics and autonomous resilience.

This commit introduces the 'arkhe' module, which implements the core logic
for the Arkhe(n) Engineering Suite. Key features include:
- Hexagonal Spatial Index (HSI) for 3D hexagonal voxel management.
- Multimodal Fusion Engine for LiDAR, Thermal, and Depth data.
- CIEF Genome for functional classification of spatial units.
- Morphogenetic Field Simulation based on Gray-Scott reaction-diffusion.
- Demonstration script showcasing integrated terrain perception.

The module is designed to work as a native extension for AirSim, providing
a conscious geometric perspective of the terrain.
