Document Attachment PDF Launch

In BC26, when launching a PDF from the document attachment Factbox a report Preview is launched. My client preferred the old behavior that launched the PDF in a separate browser tab. Can this be changed back or controlled with an option setting? The issue is that they like to keep the PDF open while doing BC work. Now they have to download, launch again, etc.
