I ran some simple tests on a whim and it passes NIST "randomness" tests with flying colors. It was performed on ASCII using randomint(0,1) calls [i.e. it was an ASCII file output], 100 million times. it took a while to create the file, and a while to test it, but the results are promising!

This software appears to function as intended. I will be performing some more tests as time allows and will update this page (or whatever page this information is moved to!)
