Remove advertising and tracking scripts

I noticed that this page has a very low performance score on Lighthouse. The main reason for this is due to the advertisement and tracking bloat that is bundled. Removing them would improve how long it takes for the website to load; especially on mobile and older computers. Also, most sane people don't enjoy looking at advertisements or want to be subject to Google Analytics.

On the other hand, I understand that some people may wish to gain profit from their website to pay for hosting and API/Spotify Premium costs, etc... If this applies to you, I would suggest creating a Patreon, GitHub sponsors or similar asking for donations.
