This PR set the foundation for a gateway between the PlasmaChain and the Ethereum Mainnet. The complete implementation is reserved for a future code push.
Nonce is intended to be a fully contained environment for the creation, management and exchange of cryptoassets. With that in mind, a gateway to the mainnet is a non-essential element of Nonce's functionality. However, in the spirit of a open and decentralized web, we eventually want users to be able to transfer Nonce tokens onto the mainnet.
