Improve Integration #6
Description
Right now integrating the authnet bundle requires the developer to do some awkward things to get things up and running. This includes extending (overriding) the AuthNetBundle and extending individual entities. It should be easier to set up and not require an override of the bundle unless extra functionality is needed. I was thinking that the majority of settings could be set through the config.yml.
