This commit adds an option
g:startify_custom_header_centerto center the custom header, but it will not be defined unless the user sets it. The problem withstartify#center(...)is that the centered custom header will not be centered on redraw (i.e. callingstartify#insane_in_the_membrane(0). It is similar to nvimdev/dashboard-nvim#52.
