Risk Assessment Check Exception on Invalid Markdown Table

In the extract_kill_switch method, invalid Markdown table formatting causes an exception to be thrown.

Here's the Killswitch table that caused the issue:

Expected behavior
The check should be marked as Failed, preferably with an error message indicating where the issue lies.
