scale target over time

It think it would be great to have a capability to scale target over time, so that one can use the tool to determine an optimal scale for some given QPS and explore the relationship of QPS vs scale and where the limits are. This maybe already possible with a wrapper, but would be nice to see built-in automation for it.

Sounds useful to me, yeah. In terms of DX, what would be your ideal interaction here. That is, are there any parameters you'd want to set or is this on auto-pilot?

I hope this project is still up for development, as it is an extremely useful tool.

With regard to the desired interaction for scaling over time, I think a user should be able to define the following parameters at the least:

• % failures as a threshold to stop the test
• explicit duration for the test (would be optional, if not provided the test will end if the % failures are reached or is manually stopped by user)
• degree to scale by (+10%,+50%,+100%,+200%, etc.) per scale up.
• frequency of scale (optional and default could be 2 or 3 hours)
