How to use the `export settings` ?

I want to directly import some pre-debugged theme (for example: Minimal) style settings from others, instead of manually adjusting each setting. Where can I find these detailed configurations, and how can I import them?

Settings are very personal, I wouldn't even want other people's settings.

But of course, you can use Google for other people's settings, but as said, you do earlier and better to configure yourself how you want your theme to look like. My advice, go step by step instead to struggle and change all settings at once.
