Reordering DraggableStack freezes items

When reordering the items array, the items that are supposed to move just freeze in place.

Click 'reorder' in the example and observe items 1 and 3 no longer being draggable after reversing the array. (2 is still in index 1 of array so it still moves).

It should be working with the latest https://github.com/mgcrea/react-native-dnd/releases/tag/2.5.2 release, just tested it on iOS, looks like the web platform may still have issues (but it is unsupported).

I ended up reverting the auto reset on children change since you might want to keep the current order in some situations. I have added resetSortOrder fn on the DraggableStack ref so you can manually reset the list when you re-order it if it fixes your issue.
