Scope
- Customer create/list (name/phone required; email/address/note optional).
- Sales order flow: create draft → add graded line items → confirm.
- Surface confirm result (FIFO allocation success or insufficient-stock / restricted-lot errors).
Done when: a user creates a customer, builds an order, confirms it, and stock decrements — the full sell side from the UI.
