Scope
- Daily-entry capture screen: pick flock + date, enter production by sellable grade plus cracked/dirty/discarded/mortality.
- Submit → record endpoint (idempotent).
- Basic validation mirroring the server validator.
Done when: a user records a daily entry by grade from the UI and sees it persisted.
