test(arch): derive table owners from namespaces and delete the hand-written tables rows #1074

Description

@mforce

Gap

RealModuleLedger.Tables.cs lists 37 table → owner rows by hand. TableOwnerRealModelTests already requires each table's owner to match its CLR namespace's longest owner prefix, unless a reasoned tableOwnerOverrides row says otherwise. So the 37 rows restate what the namespace map already decides, and they can only drift. Only the 6 override rows record real decisions.

Done when

  • Table ownership is derived from the EF model and the owners' namespaces, and the tables section is deleted.
  • tableOwnerOverrides, with its reasons, stays the only hand-written table-ownership data.
  • The existing failures still fire:
    • unowned table;
    • owner disagreeing with its namespace without an override;
    • stale or duplicate override;
    • the 30-table floor;
    • cross-owner FK checks.
  • Mutation-proven: moving an entity to another module's namespace without an override goes red, and adding a new entity in an owned namespace needs no row.
  • [B] #514 slice 3: table-owner completeness, walked from the EF model #845's decision record and the AGENTS.md table-owner paragraph are updated.
