* feat(fast-element): change binding syntax to attr default

* feat(fast-element): return true from event to cancel default prevention

* doc(fast-element): info on how to opt out of prevent default on events

* fix(fast-element): change mode "none" to "fromView" for accuracy of name

* doc(fast-element): update with templating changes
