We need to concatenate the prokaryotic and eukaryotic genes together before blasting against a protein DB.

With this PR we add support for annotation from custom protein DB. To be more precise, the user can specify a custom protein database with
--custom_annotation_dband we will blast all the genes from the samples against that database. We then keep only the best hit for each gene (if any).
