• add header on getdamage files .res.gz and .rlens.gz
• add header on lca file .rlens.gz
• TaxID on .dfit.txt.gz should always have its unique column so it can be matched with other files (not taxid:taxname)
• Any reason why lca stats is named .stat and aggregate stats is named .aggregate.stat.txt.gz? It would be nice if the names were consistent, e.g. .lca.stat.gz and .aggregate.stat.gz, or .lca.stat.tsv.gz and .aggregate.stat.tsv.gz.
