If i enable with_introspection option, g-ir-scanner create that error:

For the ci issue from Ubnutu, when installing vala for vapigen which is required by jsonrpc-glib the dependency gobject-introspection requires glib version 2.82.0, but the package vala only provides glib 2.80.0
