Configure Muziworks R1 button for power down

Like the Meshtastic firmware, it would be valuable to enable configuring the RAK4631 pin 31, which is the general button on the Muziworks R1, to power down with a 5-second long press.

I don't use my R1 24x7 and would like to power it off when not in use. I see that the general recommendation with MeshCore firmware is to pull the battery. However the R1 is enclosed with screws and it's a process to pull it apart to disconnect the battery.

This GPIO button configuration is a very helpful to power down the R1 (RAK4631) when not in use.

If it's too many changes to surface configuration of this pin, could instead the firmware default to this setting? I don't believe the button does anything at the current time.
