Publishing to Linux Package Repositories

Is there any reason CoI hasn't been published to package repositories like AUR, COPR, or Launchpad.net (or better yet, the Ubuntu or Debian repositories)?

I'd love to see CoI in the repositories and to do the work to make that happen.

I'll start working on it. Feel free to assign me to this issue. I'll make sub-issues for each repository and have you assign me to those too.
