validation-feedback : No mention on the behavior of popping-up a message for the property not on the page #10799

My Issue/Suggestion
There is a description on the validation feedback behavior as follows:
... and if this check fails, it shows a red message to the end-user below the widget that displays the attribute or association which failed the validation.
It does not, however, mention the behavior if no widget tied to the property is on the page. I fact, it pops up a message box to show the validation error message.
I had to go through the community articles to identify why the popup appears.
