Hello, YCgCo-Re/Ro types have been ratified as [matrix coefficients 16–17](https://www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-H.273-202407-I/en). It'd be nice if they were added to the [matrix coefficients](https://github.com/memorysafety/rav1d/blob/a8a3ddb1c1ca86bcdb648925880d1b134f3b4350/src/include/dav1d/headers.rs#L739) enum. This would allow [image-rs](https://github.com/image-rs/image/issues/2812) to handle those matrices as well.
