Update mgclient submodule to v1.5.0

  • Updated mgclient from v1.4.1 to v1.5.0
  • Adapted timezone handling to use timezone names instead of numeric IDs
  • Fixed datetime_zone_id parsing to work with new mg_date_time_zone_id_timezone_name API
