Adds the domain glossary for the planned
resources-graphpackage, from the Resources component map (#454), and registers it inCONTEXT-MAP.md.Terms: Resource, Resource Kind, Address, Touch, Unresolved Touch, Sweep, Provenance (FETCHED / PROMPTED), plus how they relate to Sessions, Actions, Agents, MCP resources, unstructured2graph's Source, and Memories.

Glossary only — no package code yet;
AGENTS.md's package table gets its row when the package is implemented.
