Added a banner data url encoded to QR-Code.

Added feature to detect Crosswalk user-agent on the Membery client side module to detect the app to display the back button only on the Membery Mobile App.
- replaced glyphicon with fa icons - removed all icon- defined variables from _font.scss - hanged all icon- variables to fa fa- so that the font icons do not have be redefined in _font.scss.

- created a svg logo with simple human icon with "M" initial that stands for Membery. - added position: relative in x-logo style. - changed the height of image from 24px to 40px.
