Problem with HSB where H value is between 359 and 360

Similar to issue #1, creating a HSB color with the H value between 359.0000...1 and 359.9999...
results in an argument error stating

     ArgumentError:
       '[359.1, 44.63, 25.287]' is invalid for a Colorable::HSB value
```
