seed doesn't work

i am new to mongo and nodejs.
I have everything up and running. when I run the command node seed.js, it doesn't fill my database. checked mongo connection and works fine. (I can access it through Robomongo and from CLI)
No error message appearing, just saying:

Failed to load c++ bson extension, using pure JS version
connect.multipart() will be removed in connect 3.0
