This branch fixes redundancies when 4pl fitting is running. Instead of fitting per serum, antigen, secondary, plate ID AND PRNT50 value, because PRNT50 values are the same per serum, I edited
fit2dfsuch that the PRNT5p values are preserved in the creation of a new dataframe, and so that the for loop doesn't run for longer than necessary.
